The Golden State Warriors play host to the Cleveland Cavaliers at the Chase Center on Sunday night.

The Cleveland Cavaliers have been in a bit of a rut as they’ve lost four of their past six games, but they will be looking to stay hot after blowing past the Trail Blazers in a 114-101 road win on Friday. Darius Garland led the team with 26 points and six assists on 10 of 17 shooting, Evan Mobley added 18 points with eight rebounds and three assists while Jarrett Allen chipped in with 13 points and 13 rebounds. As a team, the Cavaliers shot 48 percent from the field and 17 of 39 from the 3-point line as they took control of the game with 33 points in the second quarter to take a 10-point lead at halftime, before going on a pivotal 11-3 run late in the fourth quarter to escape with the win in the end.

Meanwhile, the Golden State Warriors have been in decent shape as they’ve won five of their past nine games overall, but they will be hoping to snap a two-game skid after falling short to the Pelicans in a 101-96 road loss on Thursday. Andrew Wiggins led the team with 21 points, Jonathan Kuminga added 13 points off the bench while Damion Lee chipped in with 12 points. As a team, the Warriors shot just 42 percent from the field and seven of 33 from the 3-point line as they held the Pelicans to just 16 points in the first quarter to take the early lead, but they couldn’t maintain that intensity and eventually faded away after the Pelicans used a pivotal 20-8 run early in the fourth quarter.

Looking at the betting trends, the Cavaliers are 14-3 ATS in their last 17 games against a team with a winning record, 11-4 ATS in their last 15 road games and 26-10-1 ATS in their last 37 games overall. The Warriors are 19-6-1 ATS in their last 26 home games, 16-5 ATS in their last 21 games against a team with a winning record and 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall.

The Cavaliers were struggling before stopping the rot with a win over the Trail Blazers on Friday, but they’re going to have their work cut out for them in this meeting as the Warriors will finally have Klay Thompson back in the lineup for the first time in two seasons. The line is a little hefty and the Warriors haven’t been at their best in the last two games, but I got a feeling that the Chase Center will be packed for the debut of Thompson in this one. Give me the Warriors to bounce back into form with a big win here.
