The Milwaukee Bucks play host to the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Fiserv Forum on Tuesday night.

The Minnesota Timberwolves have been in a real slump for a while now as they’ve lost eight of their last nine games and they will be hoping to put an end to a four-game skid after getting stopped by the Knicks in a 103-99 road loss on Sunday. Karl-Anthony Towns led the team with 27 points, 15 rebounds and four assists, Ricky Rubio added 18 points with six assists while Anthony Edwards chipped in with 12 points on three of 11 shooting. As a team, the Timberwolves shot just 40 percent from the field and 16 of 35 from the 3-point line as they rallied all the way back from a 21-point deficit to take the lead late in the game, only to see it slip as the Knicks closed the game on a 6-1 run in the final 32 seconds to steal the game away.

Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks look to have moved on from their five-game skid as they will be aiming for a third straight victory after blowing past the Kings in a 128-115 home win on Sunday. Giannis Antetokounmpo led the team with 32 points, 18 rebounds and four assists, Khris Middleton added 32 points with eight rebounds and six assists while Donte DiVincenzo chipped in with 16 points. As a team, the Bucks shot 48 percent from the field and 11 of 28 from the 3-point line as they took control with 42 points in the second quarter, before blowing the lead out to as many as 23 points.

Looking at the betting trends, the Timberwolves are 5-2-1 ATS in their last eight road games, 1-5 ATS in their last six games against a team with a winning record and 0-4 ATS in their last four games overall. The Bucks are 5-2 ATS in their last seven home games, 6-1 ATS in their last seven games following a win of more than 10 points and 2-5 ATS in their last seven games overall.

Head to head, the under is 13-5-1 in the last 19 meetings overall and the Timberwolves are 4-9 ATS in the last 13 meetings overall.

The Timberwolves have struggled with injuries all season and it’s hard to know how they must be feeling after rallying back from a 21-point deficit, only to lose it late against the Knicks. The Bucks were looking shaky during their skid, but they look to be back to their old ways as Antetokounmpo and Middleton were both great in their easy win over the Kings. The Timberwolves are only 4-9 ATS in the last 13 meetings overall and I think that trend continues as the Bucks should be way too good here.
