Jerami Grant led the team with 24 points, Deandre Ayton added 18 points with 17 rebounds and three blocks while Dalano Banton chipped in with 12 points off the bench. As a team, the Trail Blazers shot just 43 percent from the field and a miserly six of 21 from the 3-point line as they fought hard to keep pace with the Pelicans despite their poor shooting, until the fourth quarter where they managed just 21 points to allow the Pelicans to slip away in the end.
