Portland Trail Blazers Betting Preview
The Portland Trail Blazers have been in fine form as they’ve won nine of their last 12 games overall and they will be eager to stay hot after blowing past the Lakers in a 132-116 home win last night. Shaedon Sharpe led the team with 25 points on nine of 18 shooting, Jerami Grant and Caleb Love each scored 22 points while Donovan Clingan chipped in with 18 points, 11 rebounds and four assists. As a team, the Trail Blazers shot 52 percent from the field and 16 of 42 from the 3-point line as they stormed out of the gates with 40 points in the first quarter to take a 10-point lead into halftime and they caught fire again with 36 points in the third quarter to push the margin out to 24 points.
Sacramento Kings Betting Preview
Meanwhile, the Sacramento Kings were ice-cold for most of the season but things can change quickly as they are now gunning for a season-high fifth straight victory after blowing past the Wizards in a 128-115 win on Friday. Russell Westbrook drained six 3-pointers to lead the team with 26 points and six assists on nine of 14 shooting, DeMar DeRozan added 17 points while Precious Achiuwa and Zach LaVine each scored 16 points. As a team, the Kings shot 58 percent from the field and 15 of 31 from the 3-point line as they stormed out of the gates with 41 points in the first quarter to take a 21-point lead, before they poured in 34 points in the third quarter to pull away for good after the Wizards rallied to cut the lead to single digits. Domantas Sabonis looked great in his first game back in the lineup as he finished with 13 points, six rebounds and five assists in 21 minutes off the bench.

The Trail Blazers are still missing Deni Avdija, Scoot Henderson, Matisse Thybulle and Kris Murray, while the Kings have ruled out Keegan Murray with Keon Ellis listed as questionable. The Trail Blazers have quietly been one of the form teams in the league and they looked great in their dominant win over the depleted Lakers last night, but now they are playing on zero days’ rest against a resurgent Kings squad who just beat the Warriors in their last game. You could make an argument for either side here, but while the Trail Blazers have been the more reliable team, the Kings have really turned things around lately and they look so much more dangerous with Sabonis back in the lineup. With that being said, I will lean towards the Kings to continue their hot streak with another win and cover in this spot.
