An intriguing inter-conference is on the NBA schedule for Wednesday, January 31, so make sure you don’t miss out on the Suns vs Nets Player Prop Bets. The Phoenix Suns travel to the Big Apple hoping to get the fifth win in six H2Hs against the Brooklyn Nets, who are searching for the third straight victory.

Suns vs Nets Player Prop Bets – Kevin Durant Over 24.5 Points (-135)

Kevin Durant is just behind Devin Booker on the scoring chart on the Suns. KD averages 28.3 ppg, but after scoring 26+ in four straight games, including a pair of 40-point displays, he failed to eclipse a 20-point mark in the last four.

That was strange, given Durant logged 37+ minutes in each game, while he didn’t take more than 15 shots per contest in that span. Now, he returns to Brooklyn for the first time since last season’s trade, and I think KD will be highly motivated to perform well at Barclays Center.

In 19 career games against the Nets, Durant averaged 26.1 ppg. Brooklyn allows 22.1 ppg to the opposing power forwards, which is the fifth-best defense against a PF position in the NBA. Still, KD scored 27 the last time he met the Nets, so I am hoping for a similar outcome on Wednesday.

Mikal Bridges Over 23.5 Points (-120)

For the second pick in the Suns vs Nets Player Prop Bets, I have another player who faces a former team. Mikal Bridges came to Brooklyn in the aforementioned Kevin Durant trade and immediately became a go-to guy for the Nets. This season, Mikal averages a team-high 21.9 ppg and a team-high 35.0 mpg.

Bridges was a bit nervous when the Nets surprised Phoenix in a road win earlier this season. He finished with 7-19 from the floor and 19 points. I expect a better display from him this time out, given he scored 26+ points in six of the previous ten outings.

The Suns are the best in the NBA when it comes to defense against small forwards as they allow 18.7 ppg. However, Grayson Allen, who is the most deserving of that sturdy D, sprained his right ankle during Monday’s win over Miami and may miss at least one game. That would be a massive opportunity for Mikal to score a bunch of buckets. Bridges made 3+ triples in six of the last seven games.
