The Arizona Cardinals and the Carolina Panthers square off in week 4 NFL action from Bank of America Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The Arizona Cardinals will be looking to rebound from their first loss of the season coming in the form of a 26-23 loss to Detroit last time out. Kyler Murray has thitemn for 786 yards, 4 touchdowns and 5 interceptions on 66.4% passing while sitting 2nd on the team in rushing with 187 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns. Defensively, Budda Baker leads the Cardinals with 28 total tackles including a team-high 22 solo tackles while four different Cardinals have a pair of sacks for the team this season.

The Carolina Panthers will be looking to build on their first win coming in the form of a 21-16 win over the Los Angeles Chargers last time out. Teddy Bridgewater has thitemn for 871 yards, 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions on 74% passing while the injured Christian McCaffrey continues to lead the Panthers in rushing with 156 rushing yards this season. Robby Anderson leads the Panthers in receiving with 20 catches for 278 yards and a touchdown while DJ Moore has 239 receiving yards on 14 grabs this season. Mike Davis has 16 catches on 17 targets out of the backfield for 119 yards as well for Carolina this season. Defensively, Jeremy Chinn and Shaq Thompson each have 27 tackles with 14 solo tackles while Donte Jackson has a pair of interceptions for the Panthers this year.

Arizona is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games against a team with a losing record and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games as a favorite while the over is 6-2 in their last 8 games as a road favorite. Carolina is 0-4-1 ATS in their last 5 home games and 1-6-1 ATS in their last 8 games overall while the over is 4-0 in their last 4 games as a home underdog. The over is 4-0 in the last 4 meetings between these two teams.

Arizona’s a team that I was fairly high on but that loss to the Lions kind of shook my confidence a bit and the Cardinals haven’t been easy to trust on the road for some time now. On the other hand, the Panthers aren’t a great team as far as I’m concerned and I need to see more before putting even an ounce of stock into what Matt Rhule is doing with Carolina. Instead, I’m going to side with the over. This matchup usually produces a bunch of points, and I see this one being no different as I could easily see both teams end up in the 30s.
