The Tennessee Titans and the Las Vegas Raiders meet Sunday in NFL action from Allegiant Stadium. Here’s a Raiders vs Titans prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best Raiders vs Titans pick.
Tennessee Titans Betting Preview
The Titans have had a rough year so far, to say the least. Tennessee opened up the season with a loss to the Denver Broncos 20-12, then fell versus the Los Angeles Rams 33-19 in the next game. After a 41-20 loss to the Indianapolis Colts, the Titans were blanked by the Houston Texans 26-0 in a road matchup. In that one Tennessee managed just 175 yards on offense, 93 passing yards, 3.8 yards per play, 10 first downs and a woeful 2-of-11 success rate on third-down conversion attempts.
In last weekend’s game versus the Arizona Cardinals, the Titans went into the locker room with a 21-6 deficit. That score held through the third quarter, but Tennessee would go on to post 16 unanswered points along the way to a miraculous 22-21 comeback road victory. QB Cameron Ward finished with a 21-of-39 line for 265 yards and an interception. Tops in rushing was Tony Pollard with 14 carries for 67 yards and a TD, while leading receiver Calvin Ridley caught five balls for 131 yards in the comeback win.
Las Vegas Raiders Betting Preview
Over on the Raiders’ side, they were able to open the season with a victory, taking out the New England Patriots 20-13. A string of losses came after that however, as Las Vegas fell to the Chargers 20-9, the Washington Commanders 41-24 and the Chicago Bears 25-24 over the next trio of outings. In the home loss to the Bears, the Raiders managed to put up 240 rushing yards and 6.9 yards per play. The offense also went just 2-of-8 on third downs however, and coughed up four turnovers along the way.
Matched up against the Indianapolis Colts over the weekend, the Raiders held an early lead with a first-quarter field goal—then things went sideways. Las Vegas gave up 20 points in each of the next two quarters, eventually falling 40-6 on the road in the end. QB Geno Smith was 25-of-36 for 228 yards and two interceptions. Ashton Jeanty carried 14 times for 67 yards, and Tre Tucker had four receptions for 62 yards as the team’s leading receiver.

Raiders vs Titans Prediction
I’ll take a stab on the Titans. I’m probably avoiding this one though, as there’s not a lot here to get excited about. In any case, Tennessee torpedoed countless NFL survival pools with their wild comeback road win over Arizona last weekend, thanks in much part to the Cards’ three lost fumbles. Otherwise the defense gave up 360 yards (192 passing), 16 first downs and 7-of-16 on third-down tries. Offensively Tennessee was about as expected: not spectacular. The Titans gained 327 yards, 20 first downs and 5.0 yards per play while going 5-of-15 on third downs alongside a pair of their own turnovers. The 22 points were Tennessee’s highest total of the year so far; they’ve been below 21 points in four of five and below 13 points in two of those. Long story short: the team is struggling on offense—and defense for that matter.
As for the Raiders, they failed to hit 300 total yards (296) and had a couple of picks in their blowout loss to the Colts last weekend. The defense couldn’t stop Indianapolis’ drives, going 8-of-10 on third-down conversions along the way. Las Vegas has given up at least 40 points in two of their last three games and they’ve now lost four straight. Things aren’t looking good for the Raiders either. I’m staying away from this game.
