The San Francisco 49ers and Las Vegas Raiders meet Thursday in NFL preseason action at Allegiant Stadium. Here’s a Raiders vs 49ers Prediction. This article will include a Raiders vs 49ers pick.

San Francisco 49ers Betting Preview

The 49ers are coming off a blowout victory over the Chargers. The 49ers are 4-2-1 SU in their last 7 preseason games.

In the victory, Mac Jones threw for 89 yards on 13 attempts while Adrian Martinez had 57 passing yards and 1 touchdown. Sincere McCormick led the 49ers with 53 rushing yards and 1 touchdown while KhaDarel Hodge and De’Zhaun Stribling combined for 92 receiving yards on 8 catches. Defensively, Jalen Stroman led the 49ers with 6 tackles, Victor Dimukeje had 1 sack, and Tatum Bethune had 2 tackles for loss.

Las Vegas Raiders Betting Preview

The Raiders are coming off a two-point road win over the Texans. The Raiders are 1-6-2 SU in their last 9 preseason games.

In the victory, Aidan O’Connell threw for 166 yards on 24 attempts while Fernando Mendoza had 86 passing yards and 1 interception. Mike Washington Jr. led the Raiders with 56 rushing yards while Brandon Johnson and Sherdrick Jackson combined for 77 receiving yards on 4 catches. Raiders vs 49ers Prediction

Those who have followed me over the years know my handicapping in preseason is all about the quarterback position. The rest of the positions are toss-ups, and you have no idea who is going to play nd for how long. The one constant thing is decent quarterback play and the guys who can put points on the board.

The Raiders haven’t had any success in preseason ball over the years, but they’re in a better position for this game. The Raiders have far more holes to fill, which creates competition and usually leads to more positive results. O’Connell and Mendzoa have shown flashes in the preseason and are getting consistent reps. Jones doesn’t move the needle much outside of experience, and Martinez can be heavily turnover-prone. At home, I like the Raiders to get another preseason win. I’ll lay the soft number.
