Jets vs Stars Prediction

I’m leaning towards the Dallas Stars here. Connor Hellebuyck has been lights out at home for the most part this season, but you could make a strong argument that they’re lucky to be in the position they’re in. Sure, playoff hockey is sometimes about creating your own luck and getting the bounces late in the year, but the Stars put themselves in this spot a lot more than the Jets did, in my opinion. I think Jake Oettinger’s been the better goalie to this point. Give me the Stars to steal home ice and draw first blood here.
