The Dallas Stars will play the Toronto Maple Leafs on Wednesday night at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario. Dallas has won four games in a row, while Toronto has won three of their last four. Let’s take a look at the betting matchup and the Stars vs Maple Leafs prediction.

The Stars are scoring 3.69 goals per game and they are allowing 3.06 goals against per game, while going 22.6% on the power play and 82.9% on the penalty kill. Jason Robertson has led Dallas with 17 goals, 33 assists, and 146 shots on goal. The projected starting goalie for Dallas is Scott Wedgewood, who is 13-4-4 this year with a 2.98 goals against average and a .899 save percentage.

Stars vs Maple Leafs Betting Prediction

Toronto ended the first half of the season playing very well, but they lost at home to the Islanders on Monday and will look to bounce back here. Toronto hasn’t been great at home this year, only going 11-10-2 on home ice. Dallas has been one of the better road teams this season, but they are on a back to back in this game after playing Buffalo last night. The Stars are one of the highest scoring teams in the NHL, but I think a back to back after a long All-Star break is a tough spot to be in. Give me the Maple Leafs at home.
