Carlos Alcaraz will meet Stefanos Tsitsipas in the Quarter-Finals of the 2023 French Open. The match will be played on Tuesday June 6th, 2023. 

Top seed and world number one Carlos Alcaraz has simply been dominant here at the 2023 French Open, and is one of the main contenders to win the title along with Novak Djokovic. He crushed Lorenzo Musetti in the Round of 16, defeating the Italian 6-3, 6-2, 6-2. He broke Musetti  almost at will, and was aggressive from the baseline, hitting a whopping 42 winners. In this sort of form he is almost unplayable, and he enters this match against Stefanos Tsitsipas as the big favorite. 

Stefanos Tsitsipas is the 5th seed here at the 2023 French Open and like his opponent Carlos Alcaraz is one of the favorites to go all the way here, having reached the Final in 2021. The Greek star also had a dominant win in the Round of 16, destroying Sebastian Ofner 7-5, 6-3, 6-0 in a match where he only lost serve once. With a strong 31-8 record on the year, he will be hoping that this is the season where he breaks out and wins a major, however Carlos Alcaraz is a major stumbling block in his path. 

This should be a high quality match, but Carlos Alcaraz will be the only winner here. He has never lost to Stefanos Tsitipas, and simply looks unbeatable at this point. He has so much firepower and his all-around game will wreak havoc on the Greek. Tsitsipas will make it interesting, but give me Alcaraz to win here, potentially setting up a mouth-watering Semi-Final against Novak Djokovic at Roland Garros.
