Christopher Eubanks will meet Lloyd Harris in the Semi-Finals of the 2023 Mallorca Open. The match will be played on Friday June 30th, 2023. 

Christopher Eubanks is ranked 77th on the ATP Tour and is unseeded here at the 2023 Mallorca Open. The American has played some of the best tennis of his career and is through to his first Semi-Final at this level. After upsetting countryman Ben Shelton, he produced another stunner to defeat the higher ranked Arthur Rinderkneck 7-6, 7-6, hitting 10 aces and playing extremely aggressive tennis. His opponent Lloyd Harris is one that he knows well, having played him six times in the past and knows that he will have to be at his best if he is to reach his first ever ATP Final. 

Lloyd Harris is a Qualifier here at the 2023 Mallorca Open, having seen his ranking plummet to 298 after a long injury break. Armed with a huge game, he has shaken off the rusy quickly and like his opponent Christopher Eubanks is seeking to reach his first ever ATP Final. He produced a serving clinic in his straight-sets win over Pavel Kotov, never facing a break point en route to a 7-5, 6-2 win. He has beaten Christoper Eubanks four times out of their six meetings, and will be confident heading into this one. 

This should be a fun match to watch, full of spectacular shot-making. It will be very close, but all signs are pointing to a Lloyd Harris victory. He has looked great this week, and his experience should be the difference here. He knows Christoper Eubanks well, comfortably leading the head to head series which will be on both players minds. It’ll likely be three sets, but experience usually wins out in the end, so i’m banking on Lloyd Harris to reach the Final here at the 2023 Mallorca Open.
