This will be the fourth time these guys have fought. The first meeting was a draw at UFC 256. Moreno won the second bout at UFC 263 with a third round submission. Figueiredo obviously won the trilogy at UFC 270. Figueiredo hasn’t fought a fighter not named Moreno since UFC 255 which was November 2020.

Moreno is probably the rightful favorite here, as you can argue he’s been the better fighter for a larger portion of the three fights, and he probably should have been rewarded the win in the first meeting. However, these guys have fought so much over two years that there are no surprises. No stones are left unturned at this point, and it becomes as much of a toss up as you can get. So, with each fighter knowing all of its opponent’s secrets, I’m going to take my chances with the better payout. Give me Figueiredo.
