Julius Randle led the team with 34 points, eight rebounds and five assists on 14 of 21 shooting, RJ Barrett added 27 points while Jalen Brunson chipped in with 21 points and nine assists. As a team, the Knicks shot a sizzling 60 percent from the field and 17 of 29 from the 3-point line as they traded with the Raptors in a close contest, until they opened the fourth quarter on a pivotal 7-0 run to pull away and escape with the gritty win.

Meanwhile, the Utah Jazz have been in a rut as they’ve lost five of their last six games overall and they will be hoping to put a halt to a three-game skid after getting routed by the Thunder in a 134-120 road loss on Monday. Keyonte George led the team with 30 points and seven assists on 10 of 17 shooting, Collin Sexton added 20 points off the bench while Simone Fontecchio chipped in with 19 points on seven of 11 shooting. As a team, the Jazz shot 47 percent from the field and 12 of 38 from the 3-point line as they scored just 20 points in the first quarter to fall behind by double-digits right away and things only got worse in the third quarter where they leaked 45 points to fall behind by as many as 38 points at one stage.

The Knicks are still missing Mitchell Robinson and they are keeping an eye on Immanuel Quickley who is questionable for this one. The Knicks come into this meeting clearly as the team in better form, they have all their key players available and they just took down the Raptors in a gritty win on Monday, while the Jazz have been ice-cold lately and plagued by injuries. I’m going to stick with the Knicks to maintain their strong form with a win over this shorthanded Jazz team.
