I’m not excited to lay double-digit chalk with a Sparks team that’s still trying to figure things out and is still without Brink and Jackson, two of their best young players. However, the Sparks already beat the Valkyries this season on the road by a score of 84-67. The Valkyries are learning on the fly and haven’t been great defensively through two games. The Valkyries also without arguably their best player in Hayes, which doesn’t help matters. Hayes led the Valkyries with 19 points in the first meeting against the Sparks. Thick line, but I don’t have a lot of confidence in the Valkyries. It’s Sparks or pass for me.
