ANDREW’S FREE PICK
I’ll probably go Jacksonville in this one. The Jaguars have played pretty darn well over their last two games in London, taking out a dangerous Bills squad last week. Jacksonville wasn’t perfect in that one (eight penalties and two turnovers) but the team racked up 474 yards (196 rushing), 29 first downs and a nice 10-of-18 on third-down tries. If the Jags can play like that here, they’ll be ready for the home rematch versus the Colts.
Speaking of Indianapolis, on Sunday they put together a pretty consistent offensive effort, paced by 193 rushing yards (429 overall), 7.0 yards per play, 21 first downs and zero turnovers. The Colts have failed to surpass 23 points in four of their five games this year however, including the first meeting between these teams in Week 1. That said, Indianapolis has won both of their road matchups so far this year and will most certainly be competitive. I still like Jacksonville better cover-wise, but this should be another fairly close matchup.
