Tennessee Pulls Away on Monday
Syracuse stuck around for most of the game against Tennessee on Monday, but the Volunteers pulled away late. Tennessee scored 43 points in the second half and they ended up winning by 17 points. Dalton Knecht had a strong game putting up 17 points, four rebounds, and three assists. The Volunteers on the season are averaging 78.8 points while their defense is giving up 57.3 points per game. Purdue Uses Big Second Half To Win
Purdue didn’t find a whole lot of success during the first half against the Gonzaga Bullldogs, but in the second half they scored 43 points on the way to the victory. Purdue shot 46.7 percent from the field and 23.5 percent from behind the three point line. Zach Edey had another strong game putting up 25 points and 14 rebounds. On the season Purdue is averaging 89.3 points while their defense is giving up 57.7 points per game. Edey is averaging 20.7 points while shooting 61.3 percent from behind the three point line.

I am really concerned about how Syracuse was able to stick with Tennessee and it’s going to really hurt them in this game. Purdue is averaging 89.3 points per game and they're going to have no issue running up the score here.
