Rutgers can’t throw the ball, and its defense is 11th in total defense and 20th in scoring defense. Iowa does nothing well offensively and is 16thin total defense and fourth in scoring defense. I get all of that but a total under 30 points?! It doesn’t take much to run into an over in this game, even if it will be ugly in the process. Give me the over.
