In this article, we will formulate a Notre Dame vs Florida State prediction for this College Football game on Saturday, November 9th at Notre Dame Stadium in Notre Dame, Indiana. Let’s take a look at the prediction for this week 11 matchup.

Notre Dame Fighting Irish Betting Preview

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are 7-1 this season after they defeated Navy by a score of 51-14 in their last game. Notre Dame led 31-7 at halftime and they were able to coast to the win in the second half. The Fighting Irish outgained Navy by a total of 466-310, won the turnover battle 6-0, and went 8-13 on third down in the game. Riley Leonard threw for 178 yards and two touchdowns, while Jeremiyah Love rushed for 102 yards and two scores.

Prior to that win, the Fighting Irish won five games in a row against Georgia Tech, Stanford, Louisville, Miami (OH), and Purdue. The ND offense has scored 36.6 points per game with 190.5 passing yards and 216.5 rushing yards per game, while the defense has allowed 12.1 points per game this season. Riley Leonard has completed 66.2% of his passes for 1,360 yards, eight touchdowns, and three interceptions, while Beaux Collins has caught 28 passes for 359 yards and two scores.

Florida State Seminoles Betting Preview

The Florida State Seminoles are 1-8 (1-7) this year after they lost to North Carolina by a score of 35-11 in their last game. Florida State led 3-0 after the first quarter, but they allowed the next three touchdowns and UNC pulled away for the win. The Seminoles were outgained by a total of 500-201, lost the turnover battle 2-0, and went 2-10 on third down in the game. Brock Glenn threw for 123 yards and one touchdown, while Luke Kromenhoek threw for 36 yards and two interceptions.

Prior to that game, the Seminoles lost four games in a row against Miami, Duke, Clemson, and SMU. The FSU offense has scored 14.7 points per game with 188.4 passing yards and 76.1 rushing yards per game, while the defense has allowed 27.3 points per game this season. The FSU quarterback situation is not great, but I would expect Brock Glenn to be the starter. Glenn has completed 46.2% of his passes for 515 yards, four touchdowns, and three interceptions, while Lawrance Toafili has rushed for 303 yards and two scores.

Notre Dame vs Florida State Prediction

Notre Dame comes into this matchup trying to keep their winning streak alive and they just dominated Navy before their bye last week. The Fighting Irish have scored 49+ points in two of their last three games and their defense has been fantastic all season. Florida State continues to be the biggest disappointment in college football and nothing would suggest them keeping this game close. Take Notre Dame to cover this huge number, as we can’t trust FSU at all this season.
