Best MLB Prop Bets Today 9/28/21

It’s a full slate of games across the MLB on Tuesday which means plenty of different prop bets to make your night a winning one.

Brandon Woodruff over 6.5 strikeouts (-115)

Brandon Woodruff’s last start was a good one against the St. Louis Cardinals, going six innings giving up two hits, one run, and finishing with ten strikeouts. Woodruff has been more of a strikeout pitcher as of late, and in four of his last five starts, he has had at least four strikeouts. Woodruff will finish with eight or nine strikeouts.

New York Yankees to win the series (+130)

The New York Yankees at worst should be a pick ’em to win this series. It’s a true toss-up for the first game, the Yankees have a clear advantage in Game 2, and in the third game, it’s a toss-up, with a lean towards the Yankees. The +130 is too much to pass up, and Corey Kluber and Jameson Taillon are going to step up and win this series.

Houston Astros over 4.5 runs (-125)

The Houston Astros bats are going to tee off against Michael Wacha. On the road, Wacha has an ERA of 5.49 and on the road, he’s even worse sitting with an ERA of 6.56. Look for the Astros bats to be strong early in this game against Wacha, and they will fly over five runs.

Los Angeles Angels, Texas Rangers over 0.5 runs in the first inning (-125)

The Los Angeles Angels and Texas Rangers are going to run up the score early in this game. Packy Naughton sits with an ERA of 5.33 while AJ Alexy sits with an ERA of 5.00. Both of these pitchers will struggle early, and there will be at least one run scored in the first inning.
