Trends
Cincinnati is 4-1 in their last 5 games overall and 16-36 in their last 52 games against the NL West while the over is 6-0 in their last 6 series-opening games. Colorado is 5-2 in their last 7 home games and 9-4 in their last 13 games overall while the under is 7-1 in their last 8 games against a team with a losing record.
Pick
I’m backing the Reds here. I like Hunter Greene’s stuff and Greene is a pitcher that’s familiar with pitching in a hitter friendly park playing for the Reds, and being at Coors Field is tough, but it’s not something he’s not capable of dealing with. Connor Seabold is a pitcher that I’ve still had issues backing going back to last year with Boston and I think he struggles to match zeroes with Greene here. Give me Cincinnati.
