The Sacramento Kings look to cause a major upset tonight when they pay a visit to the Miami Heat.
The Kings have lost four of their last five and will be hoping to avoid a third straight loss tonight after getting trounced by the Hawks by 124-107 on Wednesday. DeMarcus Cousins made his presence felt inside with a team-high 28 points, Rudy Gay added 22 points while Isaiah Thomas had 20, but while the Kings were neck and neck with the Hawks all night, the game turned when the Hawks' Kyle Korver made seven consecutive three pointers on his way to 28 points. With the loss, Sacramento falls to 7-17 on the sesaon and 2-7 on the road.

On Wednesday, Dwyane Wade scored 32 points, LeBron James battled a sore ankle to add 24 as the Heat came back from a 15-point deficit to take down the Pacers by 97-94. The key to the big win was the Heat's ability to drive deep into the lane and wreak havoc which was made possible because of Roy Hibbert's early foul trouble, so there was an element of luck in the dramatic win, but I don't want to take anything from the Heat who showed glimpses of their best basketball against the best defensive team in the league.
In ATS trends, the Kings are 1-4 ATS in their last five road games and 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall, while the Heat are 18-7 ATS in their last 25 games against a team with a losing record and 1-4 ATS in their last five home games.
Head to head, the Kings are 4-18 ATS in the last 22 meetings overall and 2-9 ATS in the last 11 meetings in Miami.
The Heat have rightfully opened as hefty favorites against the lowly Kings at home and no one can really argue that. However, even though the Heat have dominated the Kings in the past, I think the boys from Sacramento can keep this game tight and get the cover tonight because the Heat are coming off a big win and are due for a letdown performance.
