The over is 13-6 in Raptors last 19 road games. The Raptors are 3-13 ATS in the last 16 meetings in Cleveland and 5-13-1 ATS in the last 19 meetings.
The Toronto Raptors are the better team here, but they've had a lot of horrible losses this season, including losing to the Cavs last month. I'm not trying to lay chalk with either of these teams, so the Cavs and the free bucket is the only option I'd consider if betting this game. The Raptors look uninspired most of the time and are 5-7 against the spread when a favorite of five or less points. It's Cavaliers or pass for me.
