We conclude tonight’s NBA action with the Kings vs Warriors Player Prop Bets for Thursday, January 25. The Sacramento Kings hope to avoid the fourth consecutive road loss when they visit the Golden State Warriors, who are looking for the 12th win in 13 home games against Sacramento.

Kings vs Warriors Player Prop Bets – Harrison Barnes Over 9.5 Points (-115)

Harrison Barnes is experiencing one of the worst seasons of his career. He’s averaging the lowest points per game (11.1) over the last ten years, while he averages career-lows in pretty much every other segment.

This is definitely Barnes’ weakest campaign in Sacramento uniform, but I like his matchup against the Warriors. In three games against his former team, Barnes scored 10, 14, and 12 points, respectively. Harrison likes to play against Golden State; he met them 27 times in his career and averaged 15.6 ppg.

Barnes erupted for 32 points in the most recent win over the Hawks. Well, I don’t expect him to get near to 30 this time out, but he should be good enough for ten points. The Warriors allow 22.0 ppg to the opposing small forwards. Barnes is spending 29.1 minutes per game this year. If he makes at least a bucket in the opening quarter, I believe this pick will be a winning one.

Klay Thompson Over 19.5 Points (-114)

For tonight’s final pick in the Kings vs Warriors Player Prop Bets, I go with Klay Thompson and the points. Thompson is the team’s second top scorer with 17.5 ppg, while he averages 3.4 three-pointers per game.

Golden State has a top-10 offense in the NBA this season and is 4th when it comes to triples made per game (14.8). On the other hand, the Kings’ perimeter defense is one of the worst in the league. The Kings allow 39.0% from beyond the arc to the opponents, which is an opportunity for a sharpshooter such as Klay to make several shots from downtown.

Thompson scored 20+ points in four of the previous six games and made 5+ triples in each of those four. That said, when he has a solid shooting night from beyond the arc, he usually goes 20+ points. That’s what I am hoping for in this matchup. Klay is averaging 20.4 ppg in 39 career games against the Kings.
