The Arizona Cardinals and the San Francisco 49ers meet Sunday in NFL action from Levi’s Stadium. Here’s a San Francisco 49ers vs Arizona Cardinals prediction. We will look at this from a betting perspective and determine the best 49ers vs Cardinals pick.

Arizona Cardinals Betting Preview

Arizona kicked off their season with a matchup versus the Buffalo Bills. That one turned into a 34-28 loss, but the Cardinals rebounded in game two with a dominant 41-10 win over the Rams. Game three was another loss though, as Arizona fell 20-13 versus the Lions.

The Cardinals were tied 7-7 after the first quarter versus the Washington Commanders last weekend. Arizona gave up double-digit points in each of the final three quarters however and lost 42-14. QB Kyler Murray finished with 142 yards and a TD, while James Conner led the rush on 18 carries for 104 yards and a TD.

San Francisco 49ers Betting Preview

Over on the 49ers’ side, they didn’t have too much trouble with the New York Jets in their opener, cruising to a 32-19 win. The next two games were losses for San Francisco however, as they fell 23-17 versus the Vikings and 27-24 against the Rams.

Last weekend versus the New England Patriots, the 49ers got back into the win column in a big way. San Francisco was up 20-3 by halftime and ended up with a 30-13 result. QB Brock Purdy logged 288 yards, one TD and one interception. Jordan Mason paced the rush with 123 yards and a score of his own.

San Francisco 49ers vs Arizona Cardinals Prediction

I’m leaning 49ers. San Francisco handled the Patriots pretty easily last weekend, thanks mostly to a good defensive effort. The Niners gave up just 216 yards (143 passing), 3.5 yards per play, 12 first downs, and 5-of-16 on third-down tries. San Francisco also logged three takeaways but had a couple of offensive turnovers themselves to help even things out.

As for Arizona, they posted just 296 yards (115 passing), 17 first downs, and 4-of-11 on third-down conversions during their blowout loss to Washington. The Cardinals gave up 29 first downs on defense, along with a blistering 10-of-13 on third- and fourth-down conversions. San Francisco should have some ample offensive opportunities here if the Cardinals can’t straighten themselves out.
