Seattle Storm vs. Minnesota Lynx 8/3/22 WNBA Picks, Predictions, Odds

The Seattle Storm and Minnesota Lynx face off on Wednesday in a WNBA showdown at Climate Pledge Arena. When these two teams faced off on June 14th it was the Storm that secured the 81-79 victory.

The Lynx are averaging 83 points per game, while their defense is giving up 83.8 points per game. The Lynx’s offense is ranked 4th in the league, while their defense is ranked 7th in the league. The top player for the Lynx has been Sylvia Fowles, and she is averaging 14.9 points while shooting 63.6 percent from the field. Aerial Powers is averaging 14.3 points while shooting 38.4 percent from the field. 

When these two teams faced off in June, the Lynx only lost by two points, and I expect they are going to keep this game close too. The Storm’s offense has been so inconsistent, and I don’t trust them to run up the score here. Look for the Lynx to get close to their average of 83 points, and that will be enough to keep it close.
