The projected starting pitcher for Kansas City is Brady Singer, who is 1-0 with a 0.68 ERA and a 0.53 WHIP over 13.1 innings pitched this season. The Royals will play against the Mets, White Sox, and Orioles after this series.

The Houston Astros are 4-9 this season and they have lost four of their last six games. Royals vs Astros Prediction

Houston comes into this matchup after dropping the first two games in this series and they are just 4-9 through 13 games so far this year. Kansas City has been one of the best stories in the MLB this season, as they are 8-4 and have won six straight games. The Royals are starting Brady Singer, who has allowed one earned run over 13.1 innings against the Twins and White Sox. The Astros are going with Hunter Brown, who has allowed five earned runs and 12 hits over 7.0 innings against the Yankees and Rangers. Singer has been sharp through two starts, but this will be the toughest opponent he has faced. I think both teams are going to find some offensive success in this matchup and I like the over here.
