The Line: Denver Nuggets -- Over/Under: See the Latest Odds
The Miami Heat could again be without LeBron James when they travel to the Pepsi Center to take on the Denver Nuggets tonight.
The Heat had their six-game win streak snapped on Friday when they fell to the Kings in overtime and things looked like it could go from bad to worse when LeBron had to sit out Saturday's game against the Blazers with a groin injury. However, the Heat turned to Chris Bosh and he answered with a season-high 37 points including the game-winning three pointer to give Miami an unlikely 108-107 win over the Blazers. Dwyane Wade played second fiddle, adding 16 points and seven assists while Mario Chalmers did just about everything else, adding nine points, nine rebounds and nine assists. With the win, Miami improve to 23-7 overall and 9-5 on the road.

Meanwhile, the Nuggets come into tonight looking to avoid a seventh straight loss after getting thumped by the Grizzlies by 120-99 on Saturday. Ty Lawson led the team with 20 points while Jordan Hamilton added 12 as the Nuggets took a 56-55 lead heading into halftime, before getting run out of the building by 65-43 points in the second half. The Nuggets just couldn't get enough production from their reserves who were outscored by the Grizzlies' reserves by 62-34 which has actually been the key reason for their recent struggles as a team. With the loss, Denver drop to 14-15 overall and 7-9 on the road.
In ATS trends, the Heat are 1-4 ATS in their last five games following a win and 29-14 in their last 43 road games, while the Nuggets are 1-6 ATS in their last seven home games and 0-6 ATS in their last six games overall.
Head to head, the Heat are just 1-5 ATS in the last six meetings overall and 1-6 ATS in the last seven in Denver.
With James' availability for this game unclear, the bookies will wait till close to tip-off before posting a line for this game so please check back later for my free pick.
James participated in the morning shootaround but is still expected to miss tonight's game which leaves the Heat as slight favorites in this game. This would usually be a perfect opportunity for the Nuggets to grab a sneaky win over the Heat here, but I still think that Wade and Bosh have enough support here to get past a struggling Nuggets outfit.
