The Orlando Magic and Atlanta Hawks meet Sunday in NBA preseason action at the State Farm Arena.

The Orlando Magic look for another preseason win after beating the Hawks on Friday. The Orlando Magic are averaging 116 points on 45.7 percent shooting and allowing 112 points on 37 percent shooting. Nikola Vucevic is averaging 18 points and 11 rebounds while Dwayne Bacon is averaging 14 points and two rebounds. Evan Fournier is the third double-digit scorer and Aaron Gordon is grabbing three rebounds. The Orlando Magic are shooting 28.6 percent from beyond the arc and 69 percent from the free thitem line. The Orlando Magic are allowing 31.3 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 49 rebounds per game.

The Atlanta Hawks look for their first preseason win after losing to the Magic on Friday. The Atlanta Hawks are averaging 112 points on 37 percent shooting and allowing 116 points on 45.7 percent shooting. De’Andre Hunter is averaging 18 points and three rebounds while John Collins is averaging 14 points and nine rebounds. Danilo Gallinari is the third double-digit scorer and Clint Capela is grabbing 14 rebounds. The Atlanta Hawks are shooting 31.3 percent from beyond the arc and 82.9 percent from the free thitem line. The Atlanta Hawks are allowing 28.6 percent shooting from deep and are grabbing 61 rebounds per game.

The Magic are 10-3-1 ATS in their last 14 road games and 0-3-1 ATS in their last 4 games overall. The Hawks are 3-1-1 ATS in their last 5 Sunday games and 0-4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The over is 22-6-1 in Magic last 29 overall. The over is 19-8 in Hawks last 27 overall. The Magic are 6-2 ATS in the last 8 meetings.

The Orlando Magic won the first meeting against the Hawks a couple days ago, but the game was rather competitive despite them shooting much better from the field. I’d assume the Hawks aren’t going to shoot as poorly as they did in the first game, as there’s just too much talent on this team to play that poorly. The Orlando Magic are also a team I’m not all that high on, especially with some of the banged up players on this roster. The Hawks have expectations for the first time in a while, and they need a better showing to get the confidence going in the regular season. I’ll lay the more than reasonable number in game two of this preseason series.
