We have another interesting matchup for today, so make sure to look at the Bulls vs Suns NBA Player Props for Monday, January 22. The Chicago Bulls travel to the desert looking for the third straight win, while the Phoenix Suns want to extend their winning run to six games.

Bulls vs Suns NBA Player Props – Nikola Vucevic Over 10.5 Rebounds (-130)

Nikola Vucevic has an intriguing matchup against Jusuf Nurkic in the paint. Both of them are great rebounders who averaged a double-double per game this season. The Montenegrin center is a better scorer of the two, but for this pick, we need him to grab at least 11 rebounds.

Vucevic has been playing excellent basketball lately. He registered a double-double in five of the previous six games and grabbed 11+ boards in four of them. Also, in four of those six outings, Vooch got 3+ offensive rebounds. If he manages to get a minimum of three offensive boards on Monday, this will likely be a winning pick.

Chicago’s center averages 10.1 rebounds in 24 career games against the Suns. Although Phoenix allows the second-lowest number of rebounds to the opposing centers (12.85), I anticipate a close game and Vucevic to log around 35 minutes, given his backup Andre Drummond has problems with his back. Drummond will play, but he shouldn’t log more than 10-12 minutes in this one.

Grayson Allen Over 1.5 Steals and Blocks (+100)

Last night, I backed Grayson Allen to combine for over 1.5 steals and blocks and he delivered just one steal. That was a losing bet, but I am going with him again today in the Bulls vs Suns NBA Player Props. Unfortunately for us, that was the first time in four games Allen failed to combine for 2+ steals and blocks.

I am positive he will not fail us for the second day in a row. Once again, I rely on Allen’s aggressiveness and sometimes dirtiness on defense, something that is the lost art in today’s NBA. The good thing is he averages 33.3 minutes per game this season, the third-highest among the Suns’ players. That said, Allen should get enough opportunities to make amends for the last night’s losing bet.

Allen played 37 minutes in the previous tilt against the Bulls and recorded two blocks and one steal. He doesn’t need to repeat that performance here. All we need is one steal and one block from the former Milwaukee Buck.
