As a team, the Clippers shot 48 percent from the field and 12 of 33 from the 3-point line which was good enough to keep pace with the Pelicans until they went cold when it mattered most, scoring just four points in the final 4:45 to allow the Pelicans to slip away.

This is definitely a game where you want to check the lineups before tipoff with the injury cloud hanging over Powell and Harden, but the Hawks are also missing a bunch of players and they just lost to the ice-cold Jazz in their last outing. The line is hefty, but I still think the Clippers get the job done at home behind big games from Paul George and Kawhi Leonard.
