Meanwhile, the Oklahoma City Thunder have been in pretty good form lately as they’ve won five of their past eight games and they will be aiming for a third straight win after outlasting the Timberwolves in a 112-103 road win on Monday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the team with 31 points and four assists, Ty Jerome added 15 points and six assists off the bench while Aleksej Pokusevski chipped in with 13 points and 10 rebounds. As a team, the Thunder shot 47 percent from the field and a sizzling 21 of 37 from the 3-point line as they took the lead with 67 points in the first half, before holding on for the narrow win behind the play of their second unit who combined for 46 points.

Looking at the betting trends, the Grizzlies are 4-1 ATS in their last five games against a team with a losing record and 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games overall. The Thunder are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 home games following a road trip of seven of more days and 3-8 ATS in their last 11 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game.

The Grizzlies have come to life with three wins in their past four games and they would’ve taken so much confidence from their overtime win over the Celtics on Monday. The Thunder have been in similar shape and they were good enough to take down the Timberwolves in their last outing, but they’re having to rely too heavily on Gilgeous-Alexander and I think that comes back to bite them as the more balanced Grizzlies get the win here.
