The Oklahoma City Thunder pay a visit to the Phoenix Suns at the Footprint Center on Sunday night.

Oklahoma City Thunder

The Oklahoma City Thunder have split their last six games and they will be hoping to bounce back after getting their two-game win streak snapped by the Kings in a 105-98 road loss on Friday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the team with 33 points, seven rebounds and six assists, Jalen Williams added 14 points while Josh Giddey chipped in with 13 points and five assists. As a team, the Thunder shot 44 percent from the field and seven of 30 from the 3-point line, but they really shot themselves in the foot in this one after scoring just 20 points in the first quarter to trail by double-digits right away. The Thunder showed some fight to cut a 19-point deficit to just five early in the fourth quarter, but they never led in this one.

Phoenix Suns

Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns have lost four of their last six overall and they will be eager to get back in the win column after falling just short to the Lakers in a 122-119 loss on Friday. Kevin Durant led the team with 38 points, nine rebounds and five assists, Bradley Beal added 24 points on nine of 17 shooting while Jusuf Nurkic chipped in with 14 points, nine rebounds and seven assists. As a team, the Suns shot 44 percent from the field and 15 of 37 from the 3-point line as they set the tone with 34 points in the first quarter to lead the game all the way until the Lakers opened the fourth quarter with a pivotal 15-2 run to flip the game on its head.

Peter’s Pick

The Thunder are still missing Kenrich Williams, while the Suns have ruled out Devin Booker and they have listed Eric Gordon as questionable. The Thunder have yet to really get going this season and they are coming off a loss to the Kings, but they’ve been playing better than their record suggests which is why they’re only slight road underdogs in this one. You can make an argument for either side here, but the Suns are just too tempting at the short line at home in this spot.

Joe Hall's Free Pick: Phoenix -2.5
