The Boston Celtics pay a visit to the Sacramento Kings at the Golden 1 Center on Friday night.

The Boston Celtics have been in great shape as they’ve won eight of their past 10 games overall and they will be looking to stay hot after making light work of the Warriors in a 110-88 road win on Wednesday. Jayson Tatum led the team with 26 points, 12 rebounds and four assists, Jaylen Brown added 26 points on nine of 21 shooting while Marcus Smart chipped in with 20 points and eight assists. As a team, the Celtics shot 46 percent from the field and 15 of 40 from the 3-point line, but this win was all about their defense as they held the Warriors to just 32 points in the first half to take the early double-digit lead, before holding them to just 19 points in the fourth quarter to make it a complete blowout in the end. Derrick White had a night to forget as he finished scoreless on zero of eight shooting.

Meanwhile, the Sacramento Kings have been in a major slump as they’ve lost 10 of their last 13 games overall and they will be hoping to bounce back after getting routed by the Bucks in a 135-126 loss on Wednesday. Domantas Sabonis led the team with 22 points and seven assists, De’Aaron Fox added 21 points with six assists while Davion Mitchell and Donte DiVincenzo each scored 19 points. As a team, the Kings shot 48 percent from the field and 16 of 43 from the 3-point line as they did a great job of hanging in the contest and leading by three points midway through the fourth quarter, only to see the Bucks close the final 6:05 on a 25-13 run to snatch the game from them in the end.

Looking at the betting trends, the Celtics are 6-2 ATS in their last eight road games, 16-35-1 ATS in their last 52 games following a win of more than 10 points and 5-2 ATS in their last seven games overall. The Kings are 4-1-1 ATS in their last six games against a team with a winning record, 4-1-1 ATS in their last six games as an underdog and 4-1-1 AT Sin their last six games overall.

Head to head, the under is 4-1 in the last five meetings overall, the Celtics are 1-5-1 ATS in the last seven meetings overall and the Celtics are 1-3-1 ATS in the last five meetings in Sacramento.

The Kings have been in a terrible slump and they are going to be shorthanded as Jeremy Lamb is out due to personal reasons while De’Aaron Fox is listed as questionable due to a right hand injury. The Celtics are coming into this game with plenty of momentum and they’re just about at full strength which is a major advantage in the league this season. The line is a little hefty, but the Celtics should have no trouble beating the Kings by double-digits in this spot.
