The Philadelphia 76ers pay a visit to the Toronto Raptors at the Amalie Arena on Sunday night.

The Philadelphia 76ers have been in pretty good form lately as they’ve won four of their past seven games and they will be gunning for a third straight victory after taking down the Bulls in a 112-105 home win on Friday. Joel Embiid led the team with 50 points, 17 rebounds, five assists and four blocks, Tobias Harris added 22 points with 12 rebounds and seven assists while Danny Green chipped in with 13 points and five assists. As a team, the 76ers shot 47 percent from the field and seven of 21 from the 3-point line as they found themselves in a real battle with the pesky Bulls until they closed the final 1:28 on a 7-2 run to escape with the narrow win.

Meanwhile, the Toronto Raptors have been in great shape lately as they’ve won eight of their past 11 games and they will be looking to build on their current three-game win streak after outlasting the Timberwolves in a 86-81 road win on Friday. Norman Powell led the team with 31 points on 10 of 19 shooting, Fred VanVleet added 12 points on four of 20 shooting, while Pascal Siakam scored just 10 points, nine rebounds and six assists. As a team, the Raptors shot just 32 percent from the field and 12 of 40 from the 3-point line as they squandered an early 19-point lead, before rallying in the fourth quarter where they held the Timberwolves to just 17 points to allow them to escape with the hard-fought win.

Looking at the betting trends, the 76ers are 14-37-3 ATS in their last 54 road games and 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall. The Raptors are 4-13 ATS in their last 17 home games, 4-0 ATS in their last four games against a team with a winning record and 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games overall.

Head to head, the under is 4-1-1 in the last six meetings overall, the 76ers are 2-8 ATS in the last 10 meetings in Toronto and the 76ers are 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings overall.

The 76ers have been heating up lately thanks largely to Embiid who is coming into this one fresh off a 50-point performance, while the Raptors have been playing some of their best basketball of the season and they will be growing in confidence after taking down the Timberwolves despite a horror shooting night. The Raptors will likely be shorthanded again as Kyle Lowry is listed as doubtful for this one, so I’m taking the 76ers to take advantage and get the win behind another big game from Embiid.
