The Philadelphia 76ers travel to the FTX Arena to take on the Miami Heat on Saturday night.

The Philadelphia 76ers have been on fire lately as they’ve won seven of their past eight games and they will be aiming for a sixth straight victory after last night’s 125-119 home win over the Cavaliers. Tyrese Maxey led the team with 33 points and five assists on 10 of 15 shooting, James Harden added 25 points with 11 assists while Joel Embiid tallied 22 points with nine rebounds and five assists. As a team, the 76ers shot 54 percent from the field and 14 of 33 from the 3-point line as they got off to a terrible start and allowed the Cavaliers to explode for 43 points in the first quarter to trail by as many as 21 points, but they weathered the storm and outpaced the Cavaliers the rest of the way to pull off the impressive comeback victory in front of their home crowd.

Meanwhile, the Miami Heat have been in strong form as they’ve won 10 of their past 12 games overall and they will be looking to stay hot after taking down the Nets in a 113-107 road win on Thursday. Bam Adebayo led the team with 30 points, 11 rebounds and six assists on 12 of 15 shooting, Tyler Herro added 27 points with eight assists, Caleb Martin scored 22 points while Max Strus chipped in with 21 points. As a team, the Heat shot 51 percent from the field and 10 of 30 from the 3-point line as they struggled to get going and fell into an early 16-point deficit, before rallying back in the second half where they held the Nets to just 40 points to escape with the narrow win. Gabe Vincent had a rough night as he scored just five points on two of nine shooting while Duncan Robinson finished scoreless in 31 minutes of action.

Looking at the betting trends, the 76ers are 4-0 ATS in their last four road games, 5-1 ATS in their last six games against a team above .600 and 4-0 ATS in their last four games overall. The Heat are 1-5 ATS in their last six home games, 9-1 ATS in their last 10 games against a team above .600 and 4-1-1 ATS in their last six games overall.

Head to head, the 76ers are 1-3-1 ATS in the last five meetings in Miami and the 76ers are 2-5-1 ATS in the last eight meetings overall.

The 76ers are coming into this game with plenty of momentum and they will be full of confidence after last night’s comeback win over the Cavaliers. The Heat have been in great shape but they could be shorthanded for this one as Markieff Morris and Kyle Lowry are still out, while Max Strus, Caleb Martin and Jimmy Butler are all listed as questionable. You can make an argument for either side, but I’m sticking with the 76ers to get the win in this spot.
